To check your work email on your mobile device, we require the use of the official Microsoft Outlook app. This ensures consistent performance, security, and compatibility with company systems.
Supported Setup
To access your email on your phone:

Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your app store:

Open the app and tap Add Account

Enter your work email address (e.g.
yourname@yourcompany.com) -
Enter your password (or use the Microsoft Authenticator app if prompted)

You’ll now see your inbox and calendar
Unsupported: Built-in Mail Apps
We do not provide support for:

iOS Mail app
-
Samsung/Android default email clients
These apps may:

Fail to support Microsoft 365 security policies

Not sync calendars or shared mailboxes properly

Cause password/MFA errors

Troubleshooting
If the app isn’t working:
