Apps – browse the full list of Microsoft 365 apps

Quick app buttons (varies by user): Outlook, Calendar, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Power BI, OneDrive, etc.
Admins can pin additional apps via policy, so you'll see what your role gives you.
How to Use It
To start a task
Use Chat: ask Copilot to summarize a document, draft text, or find recent files in your account.
To create something new
Click Create to open a lightweight Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Loop doc in the browser—no install needed.
To switch apps
Use the Apps menu or sidebar icons to jump into Outlook (email), Teams (chat/meetings), or SharePoint/OneDrive (files).
